As there is a famous saying that "Learning is never ending Process."
As per my Experience while learning we should always at our toe or enthusiastic enough to welcome the new things even from Younger one's.

A person when thinks he has very minimum knowledge of particular field can only learn more fastly & perfectly. While learnig Keep asking questions when ever you have doubt otherwise one who hesitate to ask doubts also hesitate to open up himself & cannot become a Good communicator.

Now a days in this Globalised era people survive only if they can communicate well.

These things are known to many but they commit same mistake of not communicating properly. A good coomunication directly helps a sound learning.

Learning new things is also a Good Habit to stay away from wrong paths.

Therefore learners should have a enough enthu & zeal to grasp more things to become a respectful Human being. After all we are here to spread Love & not hate. God Bless all.

Follow on in the Oval Test

There are many occasions when Leaders or Captains think some thing & happens some thing else. Recently in third oval Test Dravid would have put Follow-on on England but he thought to put more pressure on England which got reverse & hell lot of critic he has to face. Give him also a chance know,After all all person's learn from their mistake,may be this one pulled lot of attention in Nation where people Breath, Eat & Live criket.

Even i am not agree with Dravid's decision as he is safe Game Player. Now days after World Cup Debacle he surely don't wanna take risk.

Criticising is easy but supporting is difficult.Any leader should have some freedom to take decision provided if he is experienced.

Any way India won the series but fought till the end to correct their mistake for example bowled till end with attacking manner.
